Exchanges and returns

You can return all products purchased in the ForPro online store within 14 days from the date of purchase or make a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase.

Detailed rules for returns, exchanges and complaints can be found in the Regulations on the website.

Returns

In the case of both return and exchange, the product should be delivered to the store along with:

  • confirmation of purchase and
  • information about the reason for sending the product back.

For this purpose, please complete and return the return / exchange form created by us with the product. The costs of returning the goods to the company's headquarters are borne by the customer.

Exchange - how to proceed?

  1. In the first step, you need to order the product you are interested in - to make a reservation, without having to pay (please select e.g. a traditional transfer or cash on delivery).
  2. In the same order, in the "Comments" section, enter "Replacement for order no ..." - here the number of the previous order.
  3. Then fill in the return / exchange form properly, pack it together with the product to be replaced and send it back to our address below.
  4. When the product arrives from you, we immediately send the second order for replacement.
