How can I return the ordered products?

You can make a return within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending us the products together with the attached receipt and the completed return / exchange form available at this link. When sending the parcel, complete the addressee's details as following:

When will I get my refund for the returned products?

When can i not return or exchange products?
