How can I check the status of my order?

While making online order you will be informed about it's status updates via email. Orders status is also available in "Orders history" in your account, unless you have account you could search for orders on dedicated page on our website.

Where can I find details about my order?

We encourage you to create an account on our website where you can quickly find information about all ordered you have placed, such as: submission date, current status, ordered products and their value, contact details, payment method or shipping info. If you don't have an account you will be informed about orders info via e-mail notifications while making the order.

Does having an account in the online store affect the order process?

Of course :), if you have an online account, you will receive a shopping discount for your first order. All information about placed orders will be easily available in a separate tab in the account. Importantly, the value of each order is added to a separate pool, which successive increase affects the size of your individual discount for future orders. Can I modify my order after it has been submitted and paid for?

Orders placed by 12 AM are being preceesed in 99% of cases are on the same day, so if you would like to modify it before shipping, please contact us directly by phone or via e-mail.

Why has my order been canceled?

We are very sorry that your order has been canceled. In the case of such a few situations as this, please contact us directly by e-mail to clarify the matter.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?

According to the amendment to the act on tax on goods and services, which entered into force on January 1, 2020, in order to receive a VAT invoice for the receipt, the invoice data must be provided directly when placing the order.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept several methods of payment for the order:

  • online payment (BLIK, payment by credit or debit card, quick bank transfer),
  • payment by traditional bank transfer,
  • payment by electronic wallet (PayPal, Google Pay, Visa Checkout, Masterpass)

Will I receive an order shipping confirmation?

After each order you will have placed, you will receive several e-mail confirmations related to the confirmation of the order, payment receipt and shipment.

How much is the delivery?

Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method, country of shipment and the value of the products in the order. To see the full delivery price list in our store, please go to the "Delivery and payment" page.

What are the delivery methods?

When placing an order in our store, you can choose delivery in several ways:

  • InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland,
  • courier delivery InPost, DHL,
  • collection at a DHL point (Żabka, Inmedio, Kaufland, abc, Biedronka, others).

Can I cancel my order?

We strongly encourage you to carefully consider your purchases in order to avoid the need for cancellation. :)

However, if you decide to cancel the order, please inform us about it by phone or via e-mail as soon as possible, because 99% of orders placed by 12 AM are shipped the same day.
