To create an account in the online store, go to the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. However, if you are going to us for stationary shopping, you can also do it at the Nike ForPro store in Wilanów.
How can I change my account details?
The data that you provided to us on the website can be changed or deleted at any time by logging into your account in the upper "My Account" tab.
What information can I find in my account panel?
By logging in to your account panel, you will receive direct access to:
- the amount of the individual discount,
- the history of all orders,
- products that you have marked as favorite,
- editing your shipping details,
- contact details or invoices,
- newsletter preferences.
Do the benefits of having an account apply both in the online store and in the stationary?
Yes, having one account in the ForPro store, you can use it as well as individual benefits both in the online store and in the stationary store.
How do I delete an account?
If the currently available offer does not interest you enough, we suggest not deleting your account due to the constantly changing seasonal offer and more and more interesting products. :)
However, if you decide to delete your account for other reasons, you can do it in the lower part of the "My data" tab.
Where can I subscribe to the ForPro newsletter?
You can subscribe to the newsletter in several places:
- on the home page in its lower part,
- directly in your account in the "Newsletter" tab,
- and also while placing online orders.
We encourage you to subscribe to the newsletter directly in your account, because in this case you will be able to set individual preferences for messages, such as:
- favorite brands,
- preferred colors
- or gender.
What are the additional benefits of subscribing to the newsletter?
The newsletter in our store is one of the main benefits, thanks to which you will stay up to date with current campaigns, promotions or sports events, and you will receive an attractive discount on your first purchases.
We encourage you to subscribe to the newsletter directly in the customer's account, where you can set individual preferences, according to which we will adjust the message depending on your settings.
